What I don't understand is if I was a recognized shareholder for most of the CTBG shares why wasn't my proxy numbers valid for the special shareholder meeting 10-06? At one time there was a 202 area code phone number on the RB Board. I called it and it was a fax number. The post wasn't there after that. I was told there were 44 million shares represented at the shareholder meeting and only 40 million out and that maybe why my proxy numbers did not match anything Transfer on line had. I did not really understand what that meant. Some may have attended but had already surrendered there shares in a settlement or those that did not attend?
