Alive in fact when they did 3 a/s increases before April 08 what happen with April o/s filing? Went down by 500 million. So if that happen as it proves a/s increases do not mean shares issued. Filings in April prover that. People can say what they want but saying o/s being reduced on backed up by what happen in April even after a/s increased.
