Anything can happen. Keep in mind, their nurse consultants division started not that long ago and is doing very well. We're already at rock bottom, so it can only go up from here.
If the company announces no r/s this year, do you think that would be enough catalyst to move way higher ??? That's the gamble of these stocks sometimes. High risk can also mean high reward. Every stock has naysayers / those that bought before a company dilutes and are bitter they bought high! Par for the course.
