I think that's probably the case in most states (non-concealed). No sense on getting too caught up on that issue. Lets stick with the economy. I drifted off a bit on that one. Lets just make sure our Constitution remains in tact whilst we float this economical disaster. Every citizen should have the right to bear arms to protect themselves during this time of turmoil.
