I can't figure out UCC either. There are dozens of references to that set of letters for calls,meetings,etc.
Uniroyal Chemical Company IS Chemtura though.

Uniroyal is now Chemtura Canada I believe.

Could UCC mean 'Unsecured Creditor Committee' ?

Seems real close to Committee of Unsecured Creditors.

They were taking meetings and had involvement with UCC as far back as early April and the more I read the invoices the more it seems that it is an entity that is not an asset but involved with Lazard in financial matters to some extent.
