i vaguely recall we hired an accounting firm, or something to my

utter surprise, when on our staff we have a cpa getting paid. what for, i have no clue.

Lex, Yes, audited financials. I think cprk has done a lot of homemade deals and pass them off in their pr's as if they were deals in play with major players. The fact that they have burned through 3.9 billion shares gives this justification imo. c
