He has already put his 400 million shares up for collateral.....I don't think he can do it again.
He is tapped out also in the share department.

well its obvious that in fact the company did just max out the os they weren't all sold in to the market they may have had a bunch of workers their shares came off being restricted and hit the float and the workers want more shares so the company issused them for all we know


I haven't verified what webrime has said but we know 90 million shares weren't sold in to the market because there weren't that many sold and with this low volume we've been having the pps would have gone down not yet
