Not necessarily! Let's say he is in negotiations with someone for a R/M. They would probably be legally prohibited from releasing anything until the deal is done. That could very well be the case.
As for the email, even if it was 'fake', all that means is that some poster posted a fake email. That's it! It shouldn't reflect negatively on the company and it doesn't mean nothing will ever happen here. Anyone can come in here and post anything, it doesn't mean their post suddenly becomes the answer to unlocking the secrets of this stock!
