"should" is key here...as you may determine I am not a proponent of fair and equal trading btwn the hse and retail..has to do with my extensive wst bkgrd..anyway, undersand we are below the radar of big investors based on economic risks...we, the small retail investors are so razor focused on gnta detail,it's difficult to understand to us that M/F's & others will not touch us under $5...btm line we are controlled by the mfkrs of wst..MM's!!!
