also never said copper king didn't have problems I believe their problems will be worked out or they would have stopped working last year when the first foreclosure notice was filed but they keep getting things worked out if you shut down your business cause someone complains then you won't be in business long everyone now days has some bone to pick with someone any business will get complaints its the way the world is
to me if you read thew it they say the " stuff is None toxic " I know how the environmentalist work they will send complaints on everything
also the details to show if this is real are blacked out ???? I've been searching epa's web site for complaints and cant find any that the put in their data so this must have already been taken care of??
That's not a complaint---it's a request for an expidited construction permit to deal responsibly with an unforseen complication of the flotation cycle.
If you read that request it details the possible implications,and the potential for contamination at that time appeared rather remote.
Does anyone know if the spillage referenced has been solved?
