You already were crying from the rooftops about the Reg SHO list, saying you emailed Bill Young 40+ times. Now you are calling them....you think they have time right now to answer your questions, let alone all the others on here who complain each and every single day? By the tone of your post, I wouldn't answer you either, as I assume you wouldn't be too gracious in your questioning.
Is the A/S increase worthy of an eyebrow raise right before the 10K, yeah I admit that, sure. Does A/S equal O/S? No. Is there potentially a reason for this, yeah I think so, what I am not sure. Did they put out the PR about getting it down, yeah...is their track record of doing what they say on time and in the events we would...no. Would SM and MM screw with a company growing this big right before one of their bigger events in the history of the company...I can't see why they would be that stupid.
It could be what all you are insinuating and for those of us still holding, then we will be wrong. However, it could be to prevent a takeover, it could be for dividends, it could be another opportunity has happened that designated this. I have to believe if the former was the case, we would have dipped a lot more than we have today. The whole market is down big today. Yeah we had some nice momentum building up for the weekend, but the day is still young. What if Wal-Mart news were to come out today or terrific sales report news. The 10K is out in about 2 weeks, why not wait and see until then. You loved everything they did less than a week ago? I am not saying I have the answer for this, but I am sure someone running a fast growing company like SPNG, knows much better than I, and you, do.
