imo a larger setback is coming now, probably we have even seen recently the high for a very long time. The US consumer will seal the fate for the next couple of years, fiscal stimulus can not be maintained endlessly and replace consumption in order to articially keep this system running. The time to tighten the belts has finally come.
At least the government has saved the system as such (and made some more bankers rich one more time).
