why is it a scam ???? the more you reduce now the less you will have after the f/s. that means about 33 million shares are less from the new OS.

i dont see it as a scam. they are doing you a favor by reducing, its up to you to take it or leave it

also they are not dumping these shares, they will be held by shareholders,

Company has reduced the FLOAT. Hence less shareholders sharing the pie. This is great news.
