SEC Regulations require a company to post the most recent information available to them, regardless of when it occoured.

Speaking of occoured, didn't you tell all the members on this board that the Israel deal had begun paying, in fact didn't DKAM post a press relase about receiving the initial payment from the $3 MILLION in sales that they were required to purchase each year?
