tmikey, i try again and hopefully you understand this time. mr. shipley tell me in june that the company was going to update pink sheet within a few days and that there was no dilution to stock. several left messages went unanswered, and when i did get him on phone the story about company always change. one time he had millions in contracts next 100,000 in contract. different lawyers, sales figures change dramaticlly, broken phone, shares outstanding go up to 100 mil yet he still claims no dilution. how is 71 mil to 100 mil not dilution? still the pinksheet update after months. this issue bother me most. also, audit was to bring to BB not for pinksheet. there are too many more to go over. i hope this go up but i am really losing my patience. i get pick from rig board on ihub. they have many good picks but this not so good at all. can not make promises to investor and then not deliver. i know of many people that try to talk to them and either no call back, no answer or different story each time. i hope that helps you
