The big coup is that we only paid 1.2 million for 1.2 million in annual sales. This is without Drinks doing anything to increase brand awarness.

This is a nice price point, and IMO a brand that needs focus...

Total net sales for the year are $2,477,617. That includes Olifant sales for the entire 12 month period. That also includes the sales to LIQR from May 2008 to current, which were less than $200K of deivered goods.

They dropped the ball on $800K of sales made by LIQR to the Control States, (government contracts which always pay their bills). That $800K which you and others turned your nose up to and claimed was "no big deal" in prior posts would actually equate to 25% of the entire sales of DKAM. 25%!!!

"Liquor Group, who represented us in several “controlled state” which have been corrected with new distributors being
appointed." - Note "being appointed" not appointed...this has been months and months and DKAM has not replaced their distribution in 18 states!!!

Net Sales: Net sales were $2,478,000 for the year ended April 30, 2009 compared to net sales of $4,509,000 for the year ended April 30, 2008, a decrease of 45%. The decrease is predominantly due to inventory shortfalls as a result of insufficient working capital and the resulting delay of certain shipments.

Again, exactly what LIQR claimed in their 8K and DKAM is finally forced to say it in their 10Q. The backorders were not because LIQR did not pay, not because LIQR failed in any way, the backorders were not filled because DKAM could not fill them. PERIOD.

You can't polish that turd.
