the ol' "going concern" panic post after every 10Q....

procedural requirements HAVE NOT changed.

same going concern declaration will be in EVERY 10Q till SEC changes requirements

Every time there is a 10 Q or 10K you always post this disclaimer that is on every filing of every company but always feel that you need to personalize it so that it singles out Eternal Image. This going concern statement could be written off of a template and applied to every company out there.

Make sure that you copy and save this disclaimer for when EI files their next 10Q so that we don't miss out on this huge source of concern.
