Thanks Cobra. I remember reading documents years ago related to ERHC's rights and they went to ERHC the U.S. corporation specifically. Rare40 pointed out that this was the reason for maintaining ERHC intact and why SEO would not be able to willy nilly snatch it away, which was a concern of shareholders. As you say something like that might have a bearing on the filing amendments.

Hope it's because the Chinese are looking under the hood before doling out the cash. :-)
