does 3 Committment wells at end of year mean in additon to the 3 wells to be drilled in Blk 4

I am a bit puzzled by the "its first 2 prospects" Kina and Kina South.
IMO the DP should drill 1)Kina, 2)Lemba and 3) Kina South in that order.(I believe Kina South was under consideration depending on the results of Kina North).
If Knoc needs the DP to drill in the opl's, will she go after the Lemba prospect or after Kina South prospect
