I agree that things should have been done differently...

Hindsight is always 20/20.

I'm just happy I wasn't in the position of prior management. No matter how this board says it should have acted this way or that way, I still believe they probably made decisions to keep the company alive more than anything....

I know for a fact the company almost went under....
Going the YA route has definately created the situation we are all in now, but our circumstance now is truly in the eye of the beholder....

In my mind....atleast we are still here with still hope for growth.

Atleast we weren't another victim of the dot com crash...
