well, think I may relocate to Arkansas--
the White(?)River....you know the scandel of the Clinton
years ago. Not sure how far this is from your neck
of the woods(without doing a google map search).

need to get to a warmer climate with good health care
and low crime rate.

any suggestions?

They were paying 5 cents per quarter as a dividend even into 2008.
