They are holding PR's back for something soon IMO. I think the game changer involves Waterloo. They bought in for $50k in December 2008 at 0% interest.
Waterloo agreed to convert their debt to equity in March 2009...4,000,000 shares @.012...should become unrestricted in September 2009.
I think PR's are coming hot and heavy in a few weeks and unless the game changer is very juicy I see a massive flip between .01 and .015. Such goes the life of any stock trading at around .01 or less.
Current dumping could also be people nervous about the 10-Q
