I believe it just means they are no longer going to file with the SEC because they fall under the requirements...

is this their new location. It seems in other filings they were in Rancho Mirage CA but this one says.... 330 Clematis Street, Suite 217, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401 [phone]
... I wonder if that phone number works....
