yes irondog my son invested in the company before they issued stock. His origianl stock is still under water, He and I started buying it on the market two years ago. We have bought more than enough to offset his original investment. In a dumb move i sold a bunch in oct of 07 for .03 to get my original investment back. Hope that clears everything up.
