Think we are dealing with professionals here that have a lot riding on the closings taking place on time. The conf call said they are paying just for one of the acquisitions to keep the deal exclusively open for them until closing. This is a big money deal, that I think will make all shareholders big money. I am seriously looking for $1.25+, but this is just my opinion.
