Thought you might say that ! It is a given that Sinopec has done due dilligence and weighed the extra cost of buying out ERHE if oil is hit big time !!! And before sinking billions in the JDZ they must be confident that they will strike oil in commercial quantities so I'm still on the side of a pre drilling deal being in the works !
