New here, but I think that explains it well. We tried that at EV*L with some success until the company started dumping billions of shares.

It's just I've heard to very different stories. One of a shorter or group of shorters. The other MM's. Do we really think it was MM's? And if so, since they are the ones in control of pricing wouldn't that be a little unfair. Are the MM's allowed to do that?

So much about shorting I don't know.

Ok, so if we have shares we should put in a GTC order at whatever price, the MM can't use them to short the stock??? This is a good thing? This will help to drive up PPS?
