If you can afford the money, it's the perfect time to lower your average pps so that a smaller gain will put you into the green.
My avg. has gone from .35 initially to .11 at present. However, averaging down does increase the total $$$ at risk, but as I see it, it also greatly improves my chances of getting all my money back should I wish to cash out.
