1) Did they ever restructure or discuss that in a filing? I looked at BBI once before and thought I had read something on that? Passed on it back then. Now, I can't find anything about that when I do a quick search in some of my websites I use. Even the board had little on it. I'm wondering if I was thinking of another stock?
2) What is the difference between the A shares and the B shares?
