I think people are calling DE SOS to see if the company is going to actually do what they said.

The closer the 10-K release gets the harder it will be to create a story about why
it wasn't reduced. They could state they are looking at other acquisitions and didn't
think it was prudent to reduce it at this time. It is covered by the safe-harbor statement. ;-)

Yes it does explain it...They know Delaware won't be updating the Authorized share count for a while, so they can keep talking about the old numbers..
