I understand --the individuals who are claiming the AS has not been reduced yet want everyine to believe it will never be reduced...BUT according the Delaware themselves, this( updating) can take lots of time due to backlog etc.?

I still prefer to believe Mr Forward and Mr Hasher on this matter.

Just because this is all explainable, there's no sense in dwelling on these facts when the FORMER numbers suit your purpose.

"Regular (non-expedited) work takes on average between 10 and 15 business days to process. However, due to the large amounts of work received in June and December, your document will take longer to process at these times of the year."

Yet, it is amazing that on 5/19/2009 Spongetech amended the Certificate of Incorporation
to raise it to 2,060,000,000 shares and low and behold look what the Delaware SOS has recorded:

Seq Document Description No. of pages Filing Date Filing Time Effective Date
Code (mm/dd/yyyy) (mm/dd/yyyy)
2 0240S Amendment; Stock 7 05/19/2009 08:24 05/19/2009

It also happened on 4/13/2009 where they increased the A/S to 1,860,000,000...

Seq Document Description No. of pages Filing Date Filing Time Effective Date
Code (mm/dd/yyyy) (mm/dd/yyyy)
3 0240S Amendment; Stock 7 04/13/2009 12:06 04/13/2009

Pretty fast turnaround, same day processing. There is expedited service available.
I guess they needed to expedite that for the purchase of Dicon. ;-)

they now have to forward this documentation to their transfer agent who will then cancel the shares.

That statement makes no sense in the subjuect of Authorized Shares. There are none
to cancel if they are not issued.

Regards.
