ANy covering that occurs today would be the FTDs exposed by the Reg SHO listing. The naked short covering is not affected by the Reg SHO stuff.

Hold your horses.

Before anyone gets overly excited...

1. I believe tomorrow is the first trading day after the 13th settlement

2. Covering isn't enforced - they simply have greater restrictions on shorting if the fail-to-delivers are not reconciled.

3. There are several loop holes for fail-to-delivers to never be reconciled.

4. This most likely has nothing to do with the entrenched naked short position (although it may have been a product of keeping it covered up)

So, all in all, the Reg-SHO is just better indication that something is wrong on the outside - and the negative influences on our stock have likely come from the outside and not management.

We wait, and wonder... But like I've herd on here since day 1 - its about the results. Build results and it gives you options.

I believe we will realize fair value - and then some - on some glorious afternoon. But, this threshold inclusion won't do much of anything.
