I agree with your assessment BUT the company may / should "tite hole" the well if it is determined that the reservoir structure approaches the lease line and could give the adjacent block holder an opportunity to drill and partially drain the reservoir. This practice is performed on a routine basis in the GOM. I hope this is not the case but we can not allow another company the kind of information that could give them that advantage. One thing we do have in our favor is that leases in JDZ are much larger than GOM.
