Till a company is net positive, vacations, take away from productive use of the company's most valued asset. Managerial expertise. Simply continuing the coverage of ongoing efforts as were the case before, is all investors needed to see. Are you saying, the Ceo's efforts to date reflect a reward for time off?
When I was younger and starting businesses, it was a case of everyday, not till I had trained people to to function at midlevel support. Hands on till positive net flows occur, then and only then does an org. support its self.
