I believe TK Holdings is hiding a recent business failure. Ronda has been trying to grow this company for yrs. Somehow Treaty owed " a certain company" money, but could not repay the debt. "the certain company" took ownership and now has "great plans to grow". I look at track records, which they fall way short of any sucess.
