So many of these pinkies are not companies at all. They were conceived as scams, operate as scams and will die as scams ... once the SEC gets around to them. (And , IMO, SMAS was a scam from day one. It was never meant to be anything but Steve's private little ATM) In the meantime, it is everyones duty to do what they can to protect themselves.
