LOS GATOS, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 2, 2009 -- Stratton Holdings Inc., previously KidSational Inc. (Other OTC:KDSC.PK - News), released the following update on its operations:






CEO and Chairman of the Board Eric Stratton Racheff released the following: "We wanted to make sure that shareholders were in the loop about our operations and projects that are being worked on for the near future."

Ticker Symbol Change:

The company's original intentions were to have the ticker symbol change earlier in the year to reflect the name change of the company. There have been delays in executing this due to new FINRA restrictions and requirements. The transaction documents, board minutes, shareholder votes, etc. all need to be organized and reviewed for the company's entire history. For the items missing, these need to be reconstructed. The company and its legal representation are just about wrapped up with this. Of which will be resubmitted to FINRA so they can execute the ticker symbol change for the company. Furthermore, the company wanted to reiterate the fact that there will be no reverse split to go along with the ticker symbol change.
