I see this as a very important piece of a complicated and well hushed project. However, just because the company is silent, does not mean we cannot find the answers to the questions that we seek.
There is always a paper trail... we just have to find it and lock on to it.
Its my understanding S.C. requires bio fuel plant to be put on land zoned I-H. If the land is already zoned heavy industrial would the e.p.a. monitor levels or does it require new cert. ?
