I've done this with another company and am glad to hear there is no opinion letter required (at least I hope he is right about that).

I only have 110,000 shares, but for another $493, I will have an extra 330,000 restricted shares. I am glad to see the "Buy one get one free" regarding the B Warrant (upon responding by Sep 11); so the net cost of these restricted shares for me is 0.0015 (rounded).
