Doesn't help with the Ceo sitting on the beach in Cancun this week, some of these pinkie company managers seem to think they work for Goldman Sachs, lol.

Most of us have seen the mistakes these companys make, both in the managment and the 504 sellers or direct placement reciepents.. but will they listen? Noooooo.

It's almost like they really have no plan for stock issuance combined with a time scheduled pr program. Sorta, "off the cuff".
