I know I am not the most brilliant person around, Ed Witten at Princeton comes to mind, but with tens of thousand of the shares, I want it to fail. I don't think so.

There is dilution of our ownership weekly now with there being 300,000 shares last week. No way around that and no way to make it anything else.

No, we get the actual O/S from the TA. Not something in the future. Not something to be converted. The exact number of O/S. 101,349,345 as of yesterday. Probably be up again next Monday.

All that other will become O/S when and if they are converted or whatever.

LOL, good try at spinning the numbers, but a T/A only gives O/S and A/S, sometimes they will tell you the float and the restricted. Just in case you didn't know, O/S stands for OUTSTANDING SHARES.IMO
