I read that as H.H.Brown has an agreement to use the patent for their shoes, but the patent is owned by Dicon. H.H. Brown is merely acknowledging that the sale is taking place and that they are OK with it.

printmail01, that's where I saw it. In the filings. I have been looking at so many documents lately I forgot exactly where I saw it. Yes, "...still remains in force." So whatever contract they signed, and for whichever use of the patent, is still in force. Back to square one. We need to get that patent! If it calls for skullduggery, then so be it. lol.
