Many here have said that outsourcing will happen...

The credits that MBC applied for, and were granted, were to help fund the expansion of the brewery over the next few years, probably with the Kid Rock beer in mind. So I imagine they do have expansion on the drawing board--don't know what the timing will be. This is where the additional jobs will be added--the expansion and extra jobs wasn't going to be an overnight thing.
