There is a legal short position as well.

And simple because no warning was given.

They have to give proper warning for everything they do.. thus the reason it is so simple to see what is going to happen.

THEY TELL US!!! lol... then people ignore it and say well that will never happen (and come up with some wild cock eyed theory as to what is going on), and they get all upset and then it happens and they say well how the heck did that happen and try to go back and explain it but can't and make simple mistakes such as screw up the meanings of issued and outstanding vs outstanding.
