Ok not a scam but a failure for us
still stuck with worthless shares
and they have no funding which means no one in their right mind would invest their money in such high risk Russian business venture but some here just got stuck. The play in this stock was gone along time ago. I wonder just how much Sam made in those days selling shares? He could be keeping the doors open just with money he got back 3-4 years ago. He obviously was pumping out PR's and dealing with questionable people like gang busters.NOW JUST ONE EXTREME TO ANOTHER!Talk about going LONGGGGGGGGG!!!! This could take another 5 years to develop.Nope not a scam though!

Trying to figure out if this "development" is oil, gold, tourism or casino related...and, if it has anything at all to do with SPRL. And also trying to find out what in the world Chaim Flatt, of all people, can possibly have in common with the City Of St. Louis that would have him be recognized in such a flattering manner.

Waiting for a call back...will keep you posted.
