they are afraid of the SEC and they'll continue to do what they have been doing with little consequence.
It is great to see the company step up, but the fact that this stuff is going on almost tells me the SEC will only slap the wrists of the MM's. The only wayt to stop this is to bring the hammer down hard on these thugs.
Unfortunately big money contols everything, that's my fear... this is all a dog and pony show... time will tell.
