He needs to be charged , then found guilty, of total neglect of FIDUCIARY DUTIES to shareholders...imo...That's illegal in ALL states...He created a mess and even signed a deal with Don Platten at ALRN (now HCKE) 2 days AFTER Platten was charged with SECURITIES FRAUD in Florida!!! ... BILLIONS TO BE DUMPED HERE!!! Get some "cheapies" at .0003 ...sell them for a 33% loss at .0002 !!!
