Any idea how many plasma plants are in operation currently? How many being built?

There was also an article in the Sunday Indianapolis Star on wind generation towers 200-300 ft. blades turning at 160 mph causing a vibration in the ground that causes rather severe health effects on people living within 3/4 mile of wind towers. Wind Turbine Syndrome has been reported all over the US.
