I would imaging the Board. So, now what? Do we as shareholders hang them by their thumbs, vote no and kill the company? Who benefits from that?

I have it in an email from Moro stating that he and he alone made all the decisions. Wittenberg made no decisions in running the company. Do you want to see that email?

Don't attempt to blame others for personal bad decisions. Would you like to see the entire series of emails regarding the Smithline loan?
