Too bad RCCH isn't in the building! Looks like they've just hired a virtual office so that they have a mailing address and a faux answering service. Who is the receptionist going to transfer you to? Nobody! Just voice mail boxes. Kind of like how the same receptionist would answer the phone when you called either the California or Florida office. Meh.
